Tara & Oliver’s Willow Farm Berry wedding was the most highly anticipated wedding I have had the pleasure to photograph to date.
We have had a massive crush on Willow Farm since 2013 when we worked with owners Amy and Mark, as well as Jo from Garnish Creative Catering, on Our Berry Kitchen Cookbook – a fundraising project for the local school our children attend. So when Amy and Mark decided to transform the stunning 150 acre working farm into a wedding venue we had the pleasure of tagging along for the journey.
Tara and Oliver were the very first couple to fall in love with, and book, Willow Farm when it opened its doors for weddings. So inspired by the venue, Tara and Oliver set to work for months in the lead up to their wedding, helping owners Amy and Mark put the final touches on the old barn-come-entertainment shed. Tara’s father even built rustic furniture and the jetty on the dam in readiness for their March wedding day. If there was a title for DIY Wedding Queen, lets just say Tara would be wearing the crown. The result was a simply stunning, highly personal, and super fun wedding. Not one I will forget quickly as a photographer.
